Reports required to calculate the projected reliability of a System or equipment item and also to analyze its failure modes and their consequences, by performing an FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) or more generally an FMEA (without the criticality).

Testability reports:

Reports used to evaluate the testability performance of a system or equipment item:
- Establishment of the "Failure Catalogue",
- Calculation of the Detection Rates (BIT, BIT+A, PBIT, CBIT, IBIT),
- Calculation of the Fault Isolation Rates (TLA) On-line and Off-line
for LRU(s) and SRU(s).

Logistic Support Analysis reports:
