All our stakeholders are acquainted with the reference standard for Logistics Databases (MIL-STD-1388-2B) and in particular the links between those databases and the Logistic Support Analysis of the Systems.

They all have a large practical experience of the SLIC 2B software, which is a benchmark in that field.

The logistic data is consolidated by LSA engineers often in various formats (Excel spreadsheet, word processing tables, etc.).

The latter are not necessarily used to specifically handling dedicated tools.

In this context, A2L Consultants has developed simple transfer and display techniques between Excel spreadsheet, ACCESS databases….and LSAR, that enable processing logistic data directly on LSA engineers’ user stations, and then integrating it into a database and thus benefiting from the associated consistency.

We see to it that this process runs correctly, from the collection of LSA engineer’s supplies, the overall consolidation, the transfer under SLIC 2B software, to the delivery of a standard exchange file in MIL-STD-1388-2B format.

Perfectly consistent data is then guaranteed.
